These terms apply to the SMS messaging programme operated by E.W. Tompkins Plumbing Heating Cooling, 126 Sheridan Ave, Albany, NY 12210.
When you tick the optional SMS box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from us relating to your service request. These include appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, scheduling changes, and replies to questions you have asked us. We do not send marketing blasts through this programme.
Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us. You can request and receive a free estimate, book an appointment, and have work carried out without ever opting in to SMS.
Message frequency varies and depends on your service request. Most customers receive between one and five messages relating to a single job.
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are not billed by us.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You can also ask us to remove your number by calling (518) 462-6577.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us on (518) 462-6577 during business hours, Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 6:00pm, and Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network or in every location.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own marketing. Information may be shared only with the service providers who help us deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.
